Diabetes in various forms affects up to 5 percent of the world population with 12 million diabetics who just came from western Europe alone. Of the many ways that have been presented to diabetes, non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) is probably the most common genetic diseases are found. At the end of the sugar levels in the blood 12 weeks were significantly reduced in all patients in the group and will be grouped and separated themselves to another group which is different than the group yoga sessions. Three students of yoga that have produced results reduce treatment they did, including one of them is a person unchanged drug regime during the period of 20 years. 

It has been known for a long time that exercise is helpful for diabetics. Yoga therapy can help reduce stress levels which could play a role in maturity onset diabetes. However, the drawback is that some patients may have difficulty keeping regular sessions needed to sustain the benefits. All of the patients said they would like to see these classes set permanently, but do not have the money.
